In addition to being water-resistant, the UpClose G2 can withstand unforeseen circumstances time and time again.

These babies are heavy and wobble around too much however if you are one of those muscle types shallow women seek out then you'll be fine hand held. Professional Powerful Binoculars] - Multi-coated aspherical lenses provide superior light transmittance with minimal distortion, better image brightness, contrast and quality. Because BK-7 optical glass has a high reflectivity, more light may travel through the optical path and reach your eye when using our Porro prisms. Whether you're viewing an animal on the horizon or star in the night sky, you will enjoy a large, smooth focus wheel and rugged non-slip body helping to locate your subject quickly and then follow with ease.Performing a 20x up to 100x magnification, Kenko SG-Z 20-100x30N FMC binoculars incorporate all our experience in designing and developing binoculars of high magnification, as well as high quality and performance. I too have a pair of these binoculars and have found them excellent for looking at the moon and Jupiter. But the bigest prize of the night was M69 wich become a prize as one of the lasts targets on the Lacaille catalog to me ( 5 to go now). Multi Coated Optics - Multiple layers of coatings on all lens surfaces increase light transmission and image brightness. But lack of magnification can struggle in light polluted skies and older people may have insufficient pupil diameter to take full advantage.

I also didn't think at the time about how the higher magnification makes for much more difficult hand held viewing (this is obviated by image stabilized binoculars). Sorry to deviate a bit, but I have just bought a pair of 7x50 Super Zenith with a monobody construction. Portable and non-slip handle, durable and waterproof] Rubber-wrapped mirror body, delicate touch, snowflake-shaped anti-slip texture, thumb anti-slip design, making the grip more advantageous; ergonomic design, comfortable grip; environmentally friendly rubber, with excellent Sealing performance, wear-resistant, moisture-proof, waterproof and anti-fog, shock-resistant, and very durable outdoors. Excellent, thank you very much for this feedback, I assume these real world uses are from people without the profile of reading binocular astro and birding forums, explained them the relative lack of topics on this format. I do find that my 15x70s, though they give better views than the 10x50s, are that bit harder to use in part because of the reduced FOV. Your country may charge import taxes or a customs fee, unfortunately, that is out of our control as we operate from the United States.

Besides portability, as Andres pointed out, one additional reason is close focusing distance, for example, my 15x85 deliver amazing terrestrial images, but it's close focus is about 40m, and I have a subjective perception it not deliver it's best images this close. Keep in mind that an average person's pupil open 2mm to 3mm in day time so smaller exit pupil is not a deficiency in day time.Credit is provided by Novuna Personal Finance, a trading style of Mitsubishi HC Capital UK PLC, authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. For this binocular 20x50, as the diameter of the objective lens is 50mm, for binoculars, the larger the diameter of the objective lens, the more light it collects and therefore can be seen more clearly in dimmer places. I used to have a binocular catalogue by Denhill (a UK brand whose name derives from the address of the vendor's premises on DENmark HILL, in London), and their 20 x 50 was depicted being used for aircraft-watching, so maybe that's another specialist use.Firstly, if the binocular in high quality then you will see much better view for moon, Venus, Jupiter and Saturn. There HAVE been some good glasses with mags around 20x - Pentax 20 x 60, Russian 20 x 60 and (my personal fave rave) the Miyauchi 22 x 60 - but they're a lot bigger than the conventional 20 x 50.
