The rinsing bit is the most important part of removing colour, you genuinely have to spend HOURS (well, 15 mins or so) rinsing and it’s very boring. If you don’t have much colour build up or the colour you are removing isn’t too dark you could probably get away with the normal strength.

i used colour b4 a week ago to remove black from my hair and it worked perfectly and my hair was in good condition, im just scared using too many products in my hair in a week will ruin it.Theonlythingiregretisdyingmyhairstraightawayasiputadarkblondeonandittookmebacktothecolouriwasbeforeistrippedit! Colour B4 Extra Ultimate hair colour remover is the safest and most effective way to remove an undesirable hair colour.

It will take quickly and I doubt you'll need to leave it on 15 minutes – it'll be quite dark if you do. It just tends to show up darker on (particularly) previously highlighted hair, as it mutes down all the blonde. The annoying thing is, my sister's a fantastic hairdresser but we live at opposite ends of the country!

The nightmare I’ve had getting it back to brown has really put me off dying it permanently again so hopefully I won’t ever have to use it again either! Remember also to have a colour (semi permanent) on stand by for afterwards as the end result will probably be a very warm brassy toned colour. I'm planning on applying a little more leave in conditioner at some point but otherwise my hair feels pretty OK to me, not as dry as I feared.

After I had towel dried it I put a good couple of handfuls of conditioner on it as it felt more like straw than hair. However it will strip out the colours you have put on your hair (This does not include bleach as bleach removes the colour from your hair and these high lights will often be slightly tarnished after using Colour B4 but it will remove colour you have put on top of them) out and leave you with a more workable canvas. In this situation (and to re-create your natural shade) simply select a hair colourant close to your own natural depth and tone. My hair didn't feel great for a while after as it is a bit damaging, but a few good conditions and it was fine. So that Demi literally washed out in two washes and at this point my hair I thought was ready for a semi dye.As you can see, the ends are considerably darker than the roots and my natural colour is now starting to show through. Do not expect it to take off red permanent dye and leave your natural colour, your natural colour is gone bro. I was a bit hesitant to try this as I hadn't ever tried anything like it, so I felt the frequent use formula was the better option overall. And I'll live with it for a bit, as dying it again too soon could leave me with very patchy results.

Perhaps the product's formula has been changed, as it used to be quite pungent, but now it's perfectly fine. Here’s a product I have used a few times before and from experience can say it does what it says on the box.If however you want to recolour all of it by all means do, but check it at regular intervals, just scrape a little colour away from the hair with your nail and have a look at the colour to see if its right for you. Bare in mind I was removing semi-permanent dye here so it might work differently for permanent colours.
